unLOOPing 2.0 consisted of two seperate programs:

• Program Rosum is named after Guido van Rossum, the creator of the Python programming language. From this, you can conclude that if you follow the Rossum program, you will be programming in Python. No prior knowledge is needed. With this program, we have dived into the ocean of things that programming enables. We have gone through arithmetics, branching, lists, loops, functions, matrices, all in order to be able to create several interesting games. Play along with us! Pay attention, the course that follows the Rosum program contains a multitude of interesting practice tasks, and in addition to the course, we have prepared a few simple tasks for you in a special working environment. The environment is special because of several specifics related to automatic grading, and the tasks are there only if you want to explore what it looks like 😊.
• Program Ritchie is named after Dennis Ritchie, the creator of the C programming language. As C++ evolved from C, we have focused here on solving algorithmic tasks specifically in C++. This is also the most commonly used language in programming competitions, so this program is a good preparation for competitors. To be able to follow the Ritchie program without difficulty, you need to be familiar with programming in C++ up to arrays. And we will further guide you through vectors, sorting, binary search and the two-pointers technique, maps and sets. A multitude of exercises for practice have been prepared. We’re rooting for you!

unLOOPing is a free online program that supports learning programming, which the Loop Foundation implements as part of the project “Building the critical computer skills for the future ready workforce ”. This project is carried out by the United Nations Development Program in partnership with the Ministry of Education, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
